You are:

The Senior Project Manager orchestrates, facilitates, scopes and schedules projects and deliverables for integrated agency of record deals and scaled projects that combine brand strategy, creative, media, content and intelligence. The Project Manager should see themselves as an engine that facilitates an integrated team delivering with excellence.

The work:

· Oversee various types of mid- to large-scale integrated brand and marketing projects from initial concept to delivery within established scope, timing, budget, and quality expectations

· Plan, facilitate and support all aspects of the project delivery including strategic & creative development, review and approval processes

· Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, which includes regular status touchpoints with internal team members and milestone meetings with clients

· Manage change requests, validate budget/schedule impacts, and communicate approved changes to all team members

· Partner with clients and client engagement teams to identify new opportunities which address business and delivery requirements

· Manage forecasts, financials and profitability and corresponding reporting within projects

· Partner with account management and solutioning teams to scope and price new opportunities

· Develop, implement and maintain processes and procedures that drive greater efficiency and quality of work

· Monitor overall progress and use of resources on projects, initiating corrective action where necessary

· Ensure project delivery is compliant with all Accenture security standards

· Maintain an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact

· Identify and obtain support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project

· Conduct project evaluation/review to assess how well a project was managed

· Work with Legal, Finance and Operations to define contracts (SOWs); Assists with MSA and NDA development
