You Are:
The Managed Services Customer Success Lead drives innovation in operations, customer service and excellence.
The Work:
Leads both AWS and Azure Managed Services Customer Success, supporting business and service operations inside CMPS and CAMRS
Supports Managed Services GTM, Delivery Leads and cloud operations activities for FEDRAMP and non-FEDRAMP cloud managed services.
