• Coordinate with Business Partners to gather Business Requirements, Functional and Non Functional Requirements and where possible, technical requirements.

• Create UML Base Use Case Diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams.

• Conduct Impact Analysis, GAP Analysis etc.

• Participate in Joint Application Development Sessions with End Users, Business Partners, Other Business Analysts, Software Developers and QA Teams.

• Perform User Acceptance Testing

• Develop Training and User Manuals.
