We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our company for a minimum of 6 months internship in Madrid. We are a fast-paced and solution oriented team responsible for our business management within our business unit. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to support general business and project activities.

 

 

What You Will Do

• taking on the role of local topic owner to develop and deliver the upgrading of the project for the in-house SharePoint site
• help the team with preparation of the biweekly Management Committee
• collaborate with the team on the business related project management activity
• assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various reports

  What You Bring

• studies of higher university education (Bachelor's or Master's) degree focusing on Business Administration, Finance or Economics
• excellent organizational skills with good knowledge of office tools, SharePoint and/or Confluence 
• flexible mindset and ability to work on different tasks
• ability to work independently and be a team player at the same time and determination to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• high level in both written and spoken English and Spanish
