The Broker Dealer Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for providing operational support to clients of our Broker Dealer firm. They will work closely with clients to assist with account opening and maintenance, resolve issues related to account access and account information, and ensure that the client is satisfied with the service provided. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, have a strong financial background.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven customer service experience
• Strong financial background
• Technical background in software or hardware support is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field is preferred
• FINRA Series7 required
• Work authorization in the US
• Portuguese is required
