The New York office of Clifford Chance has an opening for a mid- senior level attorney in the Firm's M&A Insurance group. Transactional experience in M&A and/or other corporate work required. Experience with transactions in insurance/financial services will be helpful but not essential. Strong academic credentials and major law firm experience required. Admission to the New York State Bar required. Preferred class years 2016-2018. Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s).

Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $345,000 to $400,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
