Job purpose

The candidate will work within the Global Sales team as a Sales Assistant to the team globally but with a primary focus on EMEA, to help support sales in their day to day activities. They will assist the sales team in client services tasks for their client base alongside ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of CLS’s CRM. This role is focused at alleviating the routine and annual tasks required from Settlement Members and clients as part of the CLS process alongside client data and pipeline maintenance and reporting. Assistance in data collection and supporting management reporting tasks.

Essential Function / major duties and responsibilities of the job

Client Service

• Support the Global sales team by resolving and responding to day to day client queries. Responsible for ensuring that all day to day issues are responded to and resolved in a timely and efficient manner

• Coordinate responses from sales and/or follow up as required directly with clients to monthly, annual and ad hoc processes and documentation required by CLS of our Members and clients

• Work with Business Management to support the global sales effort as required

CRM management and Reporting

• Day to day management of CLS’s CRM – GoldVision. Reviewing data to ensure consistency globally across:

o Accounts

o Contacts

o Profiles

o Opportunities

• Responsible for maintaining an updated effective pipeline and providing management reporting as required

• Responsible for developing and delivering incremental enhancements to the CRM that assist the sales process

Experience / essential and desired for successful job performance

· Prior experience in financial markets useful. Understanding of FX an asset.

Qualifications / certifications

· Bachelor’s Degree desirable

Knowledge, skills and abilities / competencies required for successful job performance

· Strong organizational and coordination skills

· Excellent analytical skills

· Solid familiarisation with Excel and PowerPoint

· Ability to develop and maintain internal/external relationships

· Team player
