Work You Will Do
- Report to the Smart Factory Ecosystem Leader and support the overall Team Priorities short and long term
- Lead the coordination and management of the Smart Factory @ Wichita ecosystem governance to drive appropriate interactions, cadence, and priority establishment among the ecosystem partners and deal teams
- Lead the design, development and support the execution of Ecosystem requested experiences
- Lead the day to day and ongoing management of The Smart Factory @ Wichita Ecosystem (Wichita, Kansas)
- Assess performance against KPIs across The Smart Factory @ Wichita, including appropriate tracking and executive reporting
- Help lead the intake, onboarding, and offboarding of ecosystem partners as the portfolio changes to address performance or solution needs aligned to market creation efforts
- Support development of alliance partner capabilities to ensure ecosystem members show in the best possible way during client visits to the Factory
- Provide coordination support to solution teams and ecosystem partners on a continued basis, facilitating progress and alignment around decision-making, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Help manage interactions with internal and external ecosystem leaders, facilitating discussions, and driving progress on co-development initiatives, go-to-market, and marketing activities
- Facilitate increased connectivity between solution teams and ecosystem partners to help expand and drive The Smart Factory @ Wichita
- Help drive value for the ecosystem partner’s investments in alignment
- Support development of Deloitte’s broader Firm Ecosystem Capabilities
The Team

We advise, implement, and operate transformational solutions that bring world-class Smart Factory capabilities to our clients. We provide operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions to deliver unprecedented client value. Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the breadth of the value chain and create greater supply network synergy and value.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years + of relevant, program / stakeholder management experience
- Strong business acumen including experience in project management and business strategy
- Strong understanding of foundational technology concepts and aptitude for learning new technologies
- Project management experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior level executives, technical teams, and business partners (e.g., alliance partners and other marketplace business relationships)
- Previous alliance management or ecosystem experience
Preferred:
- Residence in or near the state of Kansas (with at least 20% travel outside of Wichita, Kansas)
- Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing experience
- Alliance partnership experience
- Prior consulting services experience
- Familiarity with our existing ecosystem partner technologies
- Advanced degree
