Work You’ll Do

Leads end-to-end delivery of projects to address business needs. Analyzes emerging technologies and influences direction of project solutions. Possesses in-depth knowledge and enforces standards, procedures, and methodologies for the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Coordinates application development activities and directs development teams in the areas of scheduling, technical direction, future planning and standard development practices. Participates in quality improvement activities for the development organization. Ensures project/program objectives are met in a timely manner and adhere to the application standards. Performs a combination of professional and management duties over work staff. Utilize experience with conducting infrastructure migration from on premises; performing building and deploying resilient Azure cloud architectures; contributing and managing setting up of centralized container images in Azure Container Registry (ACR) containing public images hardened as per standard cyber specification at organization level; performing cyber security standards on cloud services such as subscription management, access level for application/user on project level/subscription level, and resource level; configuring resource threshold alerts, and monitoring and taking necessary actions in cloud services; performing operating system upgradation for custom/package applications and Microsoft SQL DB servers.

Requirements

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Electronic Engineering or related field and five (5) years of experience in DevOps Engineer, Technical Architect or related occupation.

Special Requirements: Must have included one (1) year of experience in the following special skills:

• Conducting infrastructure migration from on premises
• Performing building and deploying resilient Azure cloud architectures
• Contributing and managing setting up of centralized container images in Azure Container Registry (ACR) containing public images hardened as per standard cyber specification at organization level
• Performing cyber security standards on cloud services such as subscription management, access level for application/user on project level/subscription level, and resource level
• Configuring resource threshold alerts, and monitoring and taking necessary actions in cloud services
• Performing operating system upgradation for custom/package applications and Microsoft SQL DB servers
• Work from home/telecommuting allowed within commutable distance
