Deloitte & Touche LLP seeks a Solution Delivery Lead in Charlotte, NC.
Work You’ll Do
Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement to address the growing challenges of cyber threats and other information technology risks; assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. Use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services. Construct and assess high-level and detailed security programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost effective and risk appropriate controls. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Understand clients’ business environment and basic risk management approaches. Develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards. Utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements. Generate innovative ideas and participate in decision making with engagement management. Build and nurture strong client relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
- Eighteen months of IT and internal controls experience.
- Experience must include eighteen months of:
- Reviewing and addressing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and suggesting remediation plans to mitigate non-compliance;
- Performing risk and internal control assessments for healthcare provider organizations to evaluate compliance with regulatory guidelines, including 21 CFR Parts 11, 210, 211, and 820;
- Participating in inspection and review of phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, risk analysis, project planning, scheduling, testing, defect tracking, and reporting;
- Performing detailed risk assessments, risk ranking, automated control design, control GAP analysis, manual control design, and risk control matrix documentation of client's business controls and information technology controls;
- Developing and reviewing User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS);
- Preparing documentation for all aspects of the Computer Systems Validation (CSV) lifecycle, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operation Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), and Validation Summary Reports (VSRs);
- Evaluating computer application/tools and equipment used in the manufacture of products following applicable regulatory guidelines;
- Participating in full engagement lifecycle, including scoping, staffing, budgeting, and closing out projects;
- Performing end-to-end validation or qualification of Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and Data Science platforms, including Veeva Vault; and
- Mentoring and coaching junior staff.
- Position requires approximately 15% domestic travel.
