Work you’ll do

At Deloitte, DAS AMG Vendor Applications Team is responsible for the management of 100+ COTS/Third-Party enterprise applications for our Engagement teams across all business lines. The Vendor Applications team help implement, upgrade, migrate and support/maintain these applications by coordinating with the engagement teams, infrastructure teams and Third-Party vendors.

Job Description:

  • Responds proactively to both business and project issues and manage escalations on COTS (on prem and cloud based) applications.
  • Lead the communication to management, client, and support groups as needed regarding the product related changes and support issues.
  • Managing the team’s SLA on deployment and configuration tickets.
  • Managing the operations tasks with the team.
  • Identifying areas and developing custom scripts, tools to improve Vendor Applications Process.
  • Working with various teams like Infrastructure team, database team, cyber security team, network team, etc., US/India teams in troubleshooting application issues.
  • Driving the delivery with planning, effort estimation and resource management.
  • Drive solutioning with automation/innovation for process improvements and project requirements.
  • Identify process improvements and drive strategic implementation of solutions.
  • Champion SAFe best-practices, processes, and tools in support of DevOps processes for Vendor Products.
  • Familiarize themselves with the business functionality and technology used on the enterprise products.
  • Support, train, and mentor others on the various aspects of the team offerings.

Deloitte Application Studios (DAS)

Deloitte Application Studios (DAS) is the internal software and applications development team responsible for delivering leading-edge technologies to Deloitte professionals. Their broad portfolio includes web and mobile productivity tools that empower our people to log expenses, enter timesheets, book travel and more, anywhere, anytime. DAS enables our client service professionals through a comprehensive suite of applications across the business lines. In addition to application delivery, DAS offers full-scale design services, a robust mobile portfolio, cutting-edge analytics, and innovative custom development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or relevant educational or professional experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of related technology experience with the following: infrastructure architecture, large enterprise product implementations (like Globalscape EFT, Informatica, UiPath, Tableau server, Qlik sense, etc.), Windows Server Administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership/management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in engineering/computer science
  • Drive project activities by closely working with external vendors, internal clients, and external clients to manage applications through various non-prod and production environments.
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Expert in documentation of Technical, Functional, Testing and Process/Project.
  • Driving best practice guidelines for Secure File Transfer Methodologies (SFTP).
  • Should have expertise on InfoSec and Cyber Policies on Data Transfer (SFTP).
  • Strategy and roadmap of future upgrades and product enhancements.
  • Expertise knowledge on Globalscape architecture.
  • Should be able setup and drive automated complex event rules in Globalscape.
  • Good knowledge of Load balancers, Network, Active Directory, DNS, etc., and setting up application in on-prem infrastructure and across major cloud service providers like Azure, AWS.
  • Ability to train new hires on process and technology.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of web application architectures, SSDLC, and scripting languages.
  • Demonstrates a strong working understanding of troubleshooting techniques and strategies including an ability to use troubleshooting tools. Advanced root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities for complex scenarios.
  • Demonstrates an ability to manage multiple project deliverables on multiple projects effectively.
  • Working experience on scripting languages like PowerShell
  • Good knowledge in SQL commands.
  • Working experience in SAFe Model.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,500 to $210,600.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
