Work you’ll do
- Implement risk management programs by utilizing NIST, FISMA, HIPAA, and PII.
- Document complex technology, data protection, confidentiality, and data residency solutions.
- Monitor the privacy landscape for regulatory changes surrounding data privacy, data protection, data confidentiality, data classification, and data residency.
- Assist clients with identifying gaps within existing privacy programs and designing solutions to help address those challenges.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be willing to work on site if needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role if applicable
- Experience in applied data security and privacy policy and theory in the government sector
- Experience must include independently drafting long-form, narrative data security compliance and transparency documents that fully assess and explain privacy risks and mitigation of those risks
- Experience must include independently liaising with program/business, information technology, and information security personnel to identify privacy risks at all stages of system and program development, and collaboratively develop mitigation strategies
- Experience with evaluation and data control assessment of regulatory framework including CMS, HIPAA Security and privacy rules
Preferred:
- Juris Doctorate degree
- Knowledge of HIPAA Security and Privacy
- Private Sector Privacy experience.
- Current certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
- Current Certified associate in project management (CAPM®) or greater certification
- Knowledge and Experience of OneTrust Platform
