Data Visualization/Report Developer (TS/SCI/Polygraph)

Work you’ll do
The report developer will support the HR client by managing a variety of data from the HR system of record and other external data sources. This includes sustaining an ad hoc help desk, creating pre-canned reporting solutions, and building visually appealing dashboards and infographics.
The report developer will also be responsible for gathering any necessary requirements, conduct user acceptance testing, and ensure the proper maintenance of the deliverable(s) all while working in a fast paced, highly visible environment.

- Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science or other technical field
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Some experience with data visualization software (Tableau, etc.)
- 3+ years experience working with data visualization or analytics
- Ability to travel up to 25% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Experience working within the IC
- Ability to solve complex problems, improve business operations, and manage the complexity inherent with technology change
