Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

Data Modeler, Architect and Engineer. The successful candidate must have solid data modeling experience, engineering and architecture experience/knowledge and must demonstrate an affinity for working with others to create successful Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse (DW) solutions. He/She must be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and have experience working with business areas translate their business data needs and data questions in the project requirements. He/she must have a solid background in Data Analysis and Data Modeling/Architecture as well as on the job experience in this area. This position provides the opportunity to be involved in new BI and DW solutions and to work with many different business areas within the company. The candidate will participate in all phases of the BI/DW development life cycle.
- Strong Data Modeling/Architect experience and knowledge (Relational & Dimensional) on any of the following platforms (7+ years)
- Teradata
- Informatica, Unix and Exceptional SQL skills with ability to write complex queries
- Maintain jobs
- Performance tuning
- Testing and System integration testing.
- Writing stored procedures
- Help with deployments of code to all environments and take responsibility for verification of code after deployments.
- Gathering requirements and doing analysis on the current system and provide best possible solutions.

As a part of the US Strategy & Analytics Offering Portfolio, the AI & Data Operations offering provides managed AI, Intelligent Automation, and Data DevOps services across the advise-implement-operate spectrum.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Strong Data Modeling/Architect experience and knowledge (Relational & Dimensional) on any of the following platforms (5+ years)
- Teradata
- Informatica, Unix and Exceptional SQL skills with ability to write complex queries
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Experience In Translating Business Requirements to technical requirements
- Experience with Teradata database performance tuning
- Big Data / Data Lake experience
