Work you’ll do
- Daily interaction with clients and manage client expectations
- Manage numerous releases across multiple environments that are on the lower and high end
- Management of release activities including environment management plan, release plan, release playbook
- Work alongside multiple teams and orgs. (Vendors, IT Teams, onshore & offshore teams, client teams)
- Review and create release management process
- Coordinate with technical team and development team to release
- Ability to manage the Salesforce ecosystem as an administrator or a member of Salesforce implementation teams
- Occasional travel to client in site on CA, primarily remote

The GPS Human Services Transformation offering designs and implements large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies across federal, state, and local government agencies as well as higher education institutions. With end-users, customers, and workers at the center, we collaborate with our clients to deliver quality human services and work to support individuals in need. Some areas that we focus on include Children Services, Eligibility & Enrollment, Child Support Enforcement, and Labor & Workforce Development.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years hands on experience as a release management lead on large enterprise systems
- Proven management experience across multiple environments (at least 5)
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing risks & resolving issues that affect release management
- At least 2 years of experience performing releases in an Agile (Scrum) project environment
- Hands on experience with the DevOps tool Copado MUST HAVE
- Hands on Salesforce release management experience MUST HAVE
- Experience managing multiple releases (release coordination, deployment, timeline, cataloging, tracking, etc.)
- Client facing experience and willingness to be client facing MUST HAVE
- Prior experience within the Salesforce ecosystem as an Administrator, Developer, or proven member of Salesforce Implementation Teams
- Must be able to work across multiple teams and specifically work with integration teams to make sure any changes are deployed
- Responsible for coordinating testing, automation, & validation
- Must be client facing- will be working with Deloitte teams, client teams and offshore teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
