Senior Configuration Analyst Medallia

Work you’ll do / responsibilities:
ISO candidates with expertise in Medallia and the ability to use technical expertise to advise clients, prospects, and internal team on how to implement and design impactful Medallia solutions.
Duties will include:
- Experience conducting workflow analysis, technology assessments, and business-related studies to define business case plans and architecture strategies, supporting long term sustainability and growth.
- Expertise providing guidance and strategy for adoption of new technology products and processes optimizing developer, customer, and end-user experience.
- Proficiency in Medallia’s Experience Cloud and related products, such as Medallia Experience Management (XM) Solutions, Medallia Digital, Medallia Mobile, Medallia Social, and others.
- Demonstrated experience in configuring various types of surveys, feedback forms, and data capture mechanisms within the Medallia platform.
- Experience guiding complex Medallia implementations by leveraging deep platform expertise and Experience management knowledge.
- Experience with advanced features of Medallia’s platform, including text analytics, sentiment analysis, predictive analytics, and case management.
- Strong understanding of Medallia’s APIs and integration with external systems and applications for custom data exchange.
- Experience with configuring and managing closed-loop feedback processes within the Medallia platform to facilitate customer issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of industry best practices and trends in customer experience management, and the ability to apply to client-specific use cases.

Qualifications:
Required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Bachelors Degree
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel up to 25% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred
- 5+ years of Medallia experience
- Relevant certifications with enterprise survey platforms
- Proven track record of successfully collaborating with diverse clients, understanding their unique requirements, and tailoring the Medallia platform to align with their specific needs and objectives.
- Strong technical project management and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements related to customer feedback data and other relevant regulations.
- Familiarity with Medallia’s integrations with other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with working on multiple client engagements simultaneously, managing configuration projects and delivering results within specified timelines.
