Summary of the Job:

Hours start times will vary from 7:15 - 8:30 am, Monday thru Friday and will be 8 hour work days.

About This Role:

Role Description: This position provides high quality imaging and mail services to First National Bank business units. This position requires the applicant to: scan and store documents electronically, process, sort and deliver mail and packages to locations throughout FNBO’s campus according to company procedures.

Key Accountabilities:

Deliver incoming and pick up outgoing mail and packages to stop code locations within the First National Bank campus.

Sort incoming postal mail, interoffice mail and packages to ensure correct delivery. Prepare mail for distribution to bank locations, meter outgoing mail as well as process outgoing FedEx and UPS parcels.

Accurately separate and scan all ‘trackable’ mail for internal tracking purposes.

Identify, prepare and image documents for use by other departments and long-term document storage.

Insert documents and envelopes for various departments within the bank.

Communicate with internal and external customers via telephone or email sufficiently to address questions and concerns, ensuring SLAs for imaging and mail services are met.

Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties.

    The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

    Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience and Physical Qualifications

    Required:

    • Ability to stand and walk for majority of shift
    • Ability to lift 70 lbs
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
    • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
    • Problem solving skills to resolve mailing issues
    • Basic mathematical functions and capability
    • High School Degree or equivalent

    Desired:

    • Knowledge of USPS mail processes
