Your opportunity

  • The production of content for distribution to retail investors, with occasional work focused on the professional investor market of private client wealth managers
  • Collaborating with the Head of Marketing on setting the content strategy for the Janus Henderson Investment Trust business and the individual investment trusts
  • Ensuring content produced is suitable for purpose whether for use for paid promotion, the website or email distribution and approved for use by the fund management team and compliance
  • Manage the complete process of production and delivery of all content through scheduling, ideation, briefing, editing, sign-off to delivery to distribution partners in a timely manner
  • Manage third party agencies involved in the production of content including copywriters and multimedia agencies with an additional focus on securing value for our clients
  • Maintain records of content produced and analyse regularly the performance of content to better inform future content and production
  • Use this analysis to report to our client Boards twice a year on content produced and how it has performed
  • Working closely with other Janus Henderson content production teams to ensure consistency of messaging and the efficient use of fund manager resource
  • Manage third party research agency relationships and production schedule
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and how content can achieve the wider business and investment trusts’ objectives
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

  • Copywriting and editing with experience of addressing the private investor
  • Content management and planning
  • Video and podcast production
  • Content performance analytics
  • Experience and knowledge of investment markets
  • Ideally educated to degree standard

Nice to have skills

  • Investment/marketing qualifications not essential but beneficial
  • Experience of working with third party agencies
