Your opportunity

  • Design marketing plan for the region and ensure it is executed with the activities agreed and within the budget assigned
  • As a growth region, suggest and design business cases for new initiatives in the marketing arena, that may involve new partners, institutions, vendors.
  • Ensure the implementation of EMEA wide campaigns in the USO/Latam region
  • Support the servicing of clients in the region with the right (potentially translated) literature, content, presentations, emails, events.
  • Work with wider marketing functions and vendors to ensure successful brand awareness in the region through media and social among others.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure the successful implementation of in person and virtual events in the region
  • Support and contribute to the successful implementation of digital initiatives in the region, that may include activities related to websites, emails, social.
  • Closely work with compliance to ensure the different marketing activities are in line with the regulatory requirements in the region.
  • Monitor, measure and report effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

  • Spanish speaker
  • Solid knowledge of the asset management industry and investment products
  • Experience using marketing automation/ email marketing tools (Pardot preferred)
  • Excellent planning and project management skills
  • Able to work independently on small and moderately complex projects
  • Client centric approach through all marketing work
  • Understand the need to prioritise and manage expectations. Deadline driven and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of an effective team
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships and developing good level of networking skills (internal teams, stakeholders and peers, and external third parties)
