About The Role
As a Senior Graduate Recruitment & Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading all activities and processes relating to the recruitment of qualified candidates for the London trainee programme from initial contact through to offer acceptance. Other key responsibilities include:
Attracting
- Coordinating all aspects of the firms participation in various law fairs and other recruitment presentations and events throughout the UK; attending the law fairs and other events as a representative of the graduate recruitment team; managing relationships with on campus societies
- Working with external providers such as RMP on our brand ambassador campaign
- Developing and maintaining recruiting materials, presentations, and other relevant information for the London trainee programme
- Reviewing and assessing applications for vacation schemes, 1st year programmes and training contracts; managing the interview process for all programmes
- Managing our Applicant Tracking System - AllHires
- Working with our external assessment provider, Cappfinity on changes and updates to our assessment process
- Managing the offer process for all candidates; working with the recruitment committee on securing offers to vacations scheme participants post assessment process
- Leading on all aspects of the Winter, Easter and Summer vacation schemes, liaise with vacation scheme participants before and after the scheme, secure scheme participation from required supervisors, mentors and presenters
- Leading with trainee seat rotation including keeping multiple, detailed spreadsheets up to date
- Scheduling trainee development meetings with trainees and keep a record of key information
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Demonstrate strong administrative experience with experience in managing high volumes of processes
- Possess project management experience
- Display strong IT skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous graduate recruitment and development experience, ideally in the Law sector (4+ years)
- Proven track record of building credibility quickly and developing trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience of delivering projects and processes on a cyclical basis
