About The Role
As a Manager of Workplace Design, you will be responsible for supporting the design function of the Global Real Estate Department. You will also develop and prepare strategic and tactical space plans for offices based on headcount and adjacency requirements and problem solving of special needs for storage, production and collaboration space. The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.

About The Role
As a Manager of Workplace Design, you will be responsible for supporting the design function of the Global Real Estate Department. You will also develop and prepare strategic and tactical space plans for offices based on headcount and adjacency requirements and problem solving of special needs for storage, production and collaboration space. Other key responsibilities include:
- Working knowledge of compiling construction documents and preparing space plans
- Ability to draw/configure various fit-outs of floor plans, incorporating office space limitations and other requirements
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the profession
- Collecting and utilizing data and feedback from end users and incorporates into designs
- Analyzing information and determining the impact on space supply and occupancy demand
- Interfacing with design vendors to ensure the seamless transition of design strategy to design implementation

- Demonstrate strong analytical skills needed for all primary duties of position, including comprehending and communicating data
- Display the ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus
- Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Interior Design or Architecture
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in relevant Design/Construction practices
- Professional services organization, corporate real estate or portfolio management environment preferred
