The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.

About The Role
As an Information Governance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing assistance to Information Governance (“IG”) Operations staff across the firm with the reviewing, organizing and processing of information. Other key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct support on all types of projects and other work handled by the IG Operations Support team
- Working with relevant Technology department personnel to properly configure and conduct IG-related reviews using litigation support applications
- Supporting the maintenance and administration of the Records Management System as needed
- Moving, labelling, and implementing the appropriate security settings and procedures for electronic data being stored by the firm
- Participating on virtual teams that support various functions of the IG department and are comprised of global and practice office staff
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Exhibit an extensive knowledge of information governance, data security and privacy principles, best practices, and procedures
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the physical and electronic resources of the department and firm; understands and is able to articulate the role of effective space management in the overall administration of the office
- Possess well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with attorneys, management, support staff, clients and outside contacts
- A Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s
- A minimum of three (3) years relevant records experience desired, preferably at a law firm.
- Experience in other law firm positions having significant document organizational responsibilities may be considered in lieu of directly related Information Governance or Records experience
