As an Enterprise Applications Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of the firms “enterprise” Technology software application platforms, which allow attorneys and staff to perform their job functions from the office and remote locations. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.

About The Role
As an Enterprise Applications Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of the firms “enterprise” Technology software application platforms, which allow attorneys and staff to perform their job functions from the office and remote locations. Other key responsibilities include:
- Designing, implementing, and supporting software solutions for all facets of attorney’s work such as document generation, business development and intake, client billing, etc.
- Proposing additional enhancements and new software solutions for our legal professionals and administrative departments
- Troubleshooting software problems for firm users as they relate to firmwide, departmentally driven technology projects
- Installing, maintaining, and upgrading software for all users within the firm; making recommendations to their manager regarding setting of standards for firm software
- Producing training materials and delivering training to regional trainers, the Global Technology Support Center (Helpdesk), and to end-users regarding specialized applications
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Possess knowledge and proficiency of various remote communication methodologies including, remote desktop, multi-factor authentication, and VPN
- Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in the administration and deployment for a wide variety of software programs, including Microsoft Windows Enterprise, Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Have knowledge and proficiency with administration and maintenance of relational databases used by supported applications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or appropriate work experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a software support role
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience providing upper-level support, training, or mentoring for other technology department personnel
- Experience with enterprise class software installations, upgrades, training, and technical documentation
- Experience supporting a large, multi-office environment
