About The Role

As an Attorney Support Assistant, you will be responsible for serving as the administrative and legal support go-to person for our Partners, Associates, and other Legal Professionals; Interacting with firm clients, processing client bills, and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of your assigned attorneys. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting attorneys and paralegals with tasks such as daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, travel arrangements, and other administrative support tasks to enable our attorneys to focus on client-billable work
  • Creating, editing, and processing bills in accordance with firm and client invoices
  • Working in a collaborative team environment with a work ticketing system to ensure attorney requests are promptly and efficiently handled to completion
  • Learning and utilizing the various processes and software systems that enable our work, and a willingness to grow and learn as those systems and processes evolve
  • Maintaining a commitment to preserving the confidentiality of ours and our clients’ protected information
About You

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Possess strong communication skills; this role will require you to interact and communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues in-person, via telephone or video, and in writing
  • Are a team player, as teamwork is critical to the success of PROS, and this role will require you to work with colleagues to make sure we provide best-in-class service to our attorneys and clients
  • Are proactive and adaptable with a “can-do” mindset, as successful Attorney Support Assistants enjoy tackling challenges and finding solutions to novel problems
  • Are fluent in Spanish
And have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, or have previous law firm experience
