About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative Human Resources Specialist, to be responsible for ensuring all employee lifecycle administration and payroll activities are completed and delivered in a timely manner. Other key responsibilities include:
  • Personnel administration:
    • preparing employment contracts and amendments, conflict checks, employment formalities, etc.
    • staff recruitment, integration, orientation, transfer and terminations.
    • ensuring annual reviews are carried out.
    • learning and development.
  • Payroll:
    • coordinating the local payroll process, preparing payroll submissions and meeting required deadlines.
  • Reporting and analytics:
    • preparing reports and analysing HR data, follow up on HR dashboards.
    • helping with preparation of annual budget and follow up.
  • Relations with Works Council and other HR projects
    • preparing relevant documentation for the periodic Works Council meetings.
    • participating in survey and various local and global HR projects.
About You

Join our team if you have:

  • Wide ranging knowledge of Human Resources functions and French payroll processing requirements.
  • Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills; and an ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm.
  • The ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus.
And have:

  • A degree level education.
  • Previous Human Resources Administration experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and are fluent in verbal and written French and English.
