The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.

About The Role
As a Global Benefits Generalist, you will be responsible for administrating benefit programs and providing support to local employees, expatriate attorneys, and staff. Other key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring benefit telephone line and e-mail box in an effort to respond to benefits related questions from staff and attorneys at the firm
- Acting as a point of contact for benefits questions from attorneys and staff in the local offices
- Working among the global benefits team and project leaders to learn new programs as they are developed and launched for the firm
- Processing enrollments, terminations and qualified status changes (QSCs) for all health and welfare programs as well as following up with all new hires and employees with QSCs to ensure all enrollments and changes are processed within the appropriate time frame
- Educating participants by providing clear and complete information in accordance with group policy, terms, and conditions
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the terms and conditions of all US health and welfare plans to ensure the proper administration by insurers and vendors
- Have knowledge of Federal Leave of Absence regulations and guidelines, in addition to state policies that differ from federal guidelines (California)
- Display knowledge and proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office as well as specific knowledge of Excel and other programs necessary to complete thorough analyses and reports
- A Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of three (5) years related Employee Benefits administration experience
