Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

About The Role

As a Senior Global Client Account Services Analyst , you will be responsible for act as a resource for the firm with regards to global billing processes, procedures, and policies in addition to preparing complex bills for the Global Billing Department. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Resolving highly complex and sensitive billing issues, and having the authority to process exceptions and transactions that aide in the timely and accurate resolution of complex inquiries referred by practice office staff
  • Resolving service-related activity for the firm with regards to bill management and processing; responding to all forms of inquiries from practice offices and other internal customers
  • Performing quality assurance activities for the practice offices designed to review the productivity and accuracy of bills and the client service inquiry process; ensuring that appropriate responses are applied in compliance with the firm’s policy, procedures, and standards, as well as statutory regulations and guidelines
  • Keeping abreast of and maintaining practice office results for the purposes of training and development opportunities as well as for system and/or process enhancements to eliminate/reduce error-causing or increased workload activities
  • Traveling to the practice offices for training and development opportunities as well as for system and/or process enhancements to eliminate/reduce error-causing or increased workload activities
About You

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Demonstrate organizational and communication skills while displaying a positive, high-energy attitude
  • Possess strong knowledge of the 3E or Elite billing system and Microsoft Office
  • Display the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm and be able to work in a team environment with a client service focus
And have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of increasingly complex accounting and billing experience
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing billing operations, preferably at a law firm
Compensation & Benefits

Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
