About The Role

As a Global HR Kronos Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the office meets regular timekeeping deadlines for payroll and completes all necessary steps to setup and test users and new processes. You will also act as a lead resource for the firm with regards to all Kronos-related questions. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Managing timekeeping activities in offices where Kronos is utilized, this includes making adjustments to entries in Kronos, with the ability to follow-up with managers and supervisors to ensure all timecards are approved
  • Performing weekly/pay-period audits for the US population, which includes ensuring all timecards are complete and signed off by cut-off date for payroll transmission
  • Working collectively with the Kronos team to routinely answer tickets in (ServiceNow) about Kronos related questions; escalating complex questions to the Kronos Manager for further assistance
  • Generating monthly Kronos reports for departments or relevant offices
  • Working collectively with team members, to contact offices with questions regarding Paid Time Off (PTO); must also be able to interpret the PTO accrual policies and how they are applied in Kronos
About You

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources functions
  • Demonstrate well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
  • Possess the ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus
And have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, with a focus in related field preferred
  • A minimum of six (6) years of HR experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of two (2) years of Kronos Workforce Central/ Kronos Dimensions experience
  • A minimum of four (4) years of Human Resources experience
Compensation & Benefits

Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
