The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.

About The Role
As an Internal Communications Lead, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of engaging internal communications, including both targeted and firmwide campaigns. Other key responsibilities include:
- Developing and leading major firmwide campaigns and special projects in collaboration with Internal Communications Senior Manager; engaging with stakeholders to understand goals and needs, offering communications counsel, and developing recommended messaging and solutions
- Owning Latham’s intranet news channel, including management of image libraries, sourcing and editing stock and other graphics, proofreading, formatting, and drafting original content as assigned
- Managing the firm’s internal communications editorial calendar, ensuring timely publishing of content that meets firm style and site standards
- Generating extremely creative and engaging themes; developing messages, including written copy, visuals, and multimedia
- Developing a familiarity with a wide array of subject areas and work products at the firm

- Demonstrate remarkable project and time management skills and a keen sense of how to manage competing deadlines
- Exhibit exceptional writing and editing skills
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably with significant coursework in English or Creative Writing, Communications, or Marketing
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in developing internal campaigns for varied employee groups or clients
