About The Role
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our newly formed Administrative Service Centre (ASC) team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand new team and be part of its evolution to a centre of excellence.
In the assistant role, you will initially be responsible for performing administrative duties such as (but not limited to) expense and invoice processing, scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and billing on behalf of internal clients across the Firm.

About The Role

Other key responsibilities include:
- Actioning day-to-day administrative tasks sent to the ASC by internal clients.
- Providing a high level of customer service to clients.
- Using various resources including but not limited to staff and technology applications to maintain quality services within ASC.
- Supporting ongoing process improvements and efficiencies.
- Receiving administrative tasks from clients and providing regular updates regarding receipt and status of tasks, assignments, and projects, consistently meeting agreed deadlines.
- Monitoring requests into the ServiceNow ticketing system throughout the workflow, ensuring all service level agreements are met.
