The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.

About The Role
As a Workplace Experience Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping guide a team of customer-focused professionals to deliver a best-in-class experience for internal and external clients of the firm, whether remote or in-person. Other key responsibilities include:
- Cultivating a genuine and personal connection with all clients and create a customized experience so they can work seamlessly, productively, and efficiently
- Providing best-in-class client service delivery that is timely, accurate and seamless; demonstrate sound judgement and problem-solving acumen
- Evaluating, identifying and implementing innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximize the Workplace Experience
- Contributing to day-to-day oversight of team including staffing/resource allocation and distribution of work; present new hire orientations to all personnel; assisting with on boarding and training of new team members
- Providing performance feedback and seeks opportunities for team and individual development; working with manager on impactful coaching
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Possess knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations
- Have the ability to work a flexible schedule; evenings and occasional weekend shifts
- Are adept at utilizing & navigating various technology platforms and applications
- A Bachelor’s degree preferred or comparable years of experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of hospitality or customer service management experience
- Hotel management, facility/office management, law firm, or corporate environment experience
