About The Role

As an Administrative Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Tel Aviv office. You will be working closely with other members of the administrative team and is responsible for providing a variety of services and secretarial duties of a confidential nature for attorneys and/or managers, paralegals, and staff. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintains strong, collaborative working relationships with all office personnel.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative/secretarial support for attorneys, requiring knowledge of the subject matter relevant to the attorney practice area.
  • Serving as a member of the local emergency response team, work with Operations/Guest Services Managers in mandatory testing of ENS system, training of personnel and any facility- and firm-mandated programs, including involvement in efforts for emergency evacuation.
  • Mentoring, training, and coaching the Staff and leads them in their professional development endeavours.
  • Managing the billing process to produce drafts and revisions, ensuring the submission of client billings.
  • Acting as a point of contact for human resources questions from attorneys, paralegals and staff in the office; understanding a majority of the human resources policies of the firm and is able to answers most questions independently; using appropriate judgment to route complex questions to the Human Resources Department.

  • Have strong organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines.
