About The Role

As a Senior Events Specialist you will be responsible for our European markets with a primary focus on Milan, Madrid and Brussels. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Working with key stakeholders to define event objectives and thoughtfully design event accordingly, as well as post-event, measuring success against outlined objectives and providing recommendations to extend the life-cycle of the event and capture additional return on investment.
  • Pro-actively managing the entire lifecycle of the event, including planning meetings, checklists, budgets, expense processing, vendor management, onsite and virtual platform management, data management, post-event analysis.
  • Curating targeted invitations lists for each event, working closely with stakeholders and e-marketing team.
  • Drafting event communications and collateral that align with Latham branding.
  • Developing and controlling budgets for each event; identifying, negotiating and achieving cost savings with venues and vendors.
  • Continuously stay abreast of event best practices as well as market and industry trend.

  • Strong experience in event management
  • Experience using event management and CRM systems
  • Superior organizational skills to manage multiple events at one time
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency or proficiency in Italian is desirable but not essential
