About The Role
The Head of Client Events - EMEA is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing event strategy and event execution for the EMEA region . This is a newly-created position and an incredibly exciting time to join the firm. The successful candidate will be working with key stakeholders to define event strategy that aligns with business development objectives and will have a passion for creative and efficient project delivery. This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

About The Role
The Head of Client Events - EMEA is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing event strategy and event execution for the EMEA region . Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
- Pro-actively managing the entire lifecycle of large-scale events, including defining event objectives, leading planning meetings, checklists, venue sourcing, hotel and vendor management, onsite and virtual platform management, attendee communication, registration site development and mobile app, entertainment, activities, décor, transportation, data management, post-event analysis
- Managing and coaching a team of event professionals responsible for designing and delivering best-in-class events
- Developing and refining event processes to maximize team’s efficiency and effectiveness and consistently be considering the return on investment
- Collaborating generously across business services to attain alignment across all events and ensuring compliance and risk guidelines are adhered to
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and enjoy working with a range of seniorities
- Enjoy continuously staying abreast of event best practices, market and industry trends
- Exemplify strong leadership skills to foster a collaborative team culture, and the project management skills needed to manage time well, prioritise effectively, and handle multiple deadlines
- Extensive event planning and management experience, including exposure to event management systems (CVENT preferred)
- Superior organisational skills to manage multiple events at one time
- The flexibility to travel frequently
