About The Role
The Workplace Design Strategist is an integral part of Latham’s Operations team. This role will be responsible for supporting the design function of the Global Real Estate Department, while having the w orking knowledge of compiling construction documents and preparing space plans . This role will be located in our New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Pay Range
USD $110,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.

About The Role
The Workplace Design Strategist is an integral part of Latham’s Operations team. This role will be responsible for supporting the design function of the Global Real Estate Department, while having the w orking knowledge of compiling construction documents and preparing space plans . Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
- Ability to draw/configure various fit-outs of floor plans, incorporating office space limitations and other requirements
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the profession
- Collecting and utilizing data and feedback from end users and incorporates into designs
- Analyzing information and determining the impact on space supply and occupancy demand
- Interfacing with design vendors to ensure the seamless transition of design strategy to design implementation
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills needed for all primary duties of position, including comprehending and communicating data
- Display the ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus
- Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Interior Design or Architecture
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in relevant Design/Construction practices
- Professional services organization, corporate real estate or portfolio management environment preferred
