About The Role
The Human Resources Intern is an integral part of Latham’s Human Capital & Talent team. As an intern (with a max. of 20hrs per week) in our Human Capital Department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources and Attorney Development Department and assist with the coordination and execution of all administrational, onboarding, training, and integration efforts in the office. This role will be located in our Frankfurt office

About The Role

Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Supporting the entire hiring and new hire orientation by distributing and collecting tax forms, policies, and other paperwork
- Maintaining personnel files for the office to ensure confidentiality and compliance with all legal regulations and firm policies
- Coordination of workshops and events, including on-site support
- Handling of expenses and reimbursements within the Human Capital Team

- Thrive working in a team environment with a customer service focus
- Are able to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion
- Your studies have a focus on people or economics
- First experience in administrative or office work in related field
- Organisational skills needed to manage time well, prioritise effectively, and handle multiple deadlines
- Very good knowledge of English and German
