About The Role
The Supervisor of Enterprise Applications is an integral part of Latham’s Technology team. This role will be responsible for planning and overseeing the daily activities performed by Enterprise Applications team members , while supervising, training, and coaching team members and leading them in their professional development endeavours. This role will be located in either our Manchester office or our Global Services Office, situated in downtown LA. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

About The Role
The Supervisor of Enterprise Applications is an integral part of Latham’s Technology team. This role will be responsible for planning and overseeing the daily activities performed by Enterprise Applications team members , while supervising, training, and coaching team members and leading them in their professional development endeavours. This role will be located in either our Manchester office or our Global Services Office, situated in downtown LA. Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
- Making recommendations to the Manager of Enterprise Applications with respect to hiring, training and counselling departmental employees
- Generating performance evaluations for departmental employees, and recommending salary increases
- Supervising software and hardware deployment related to assigned projects within the firm; coordinating, communicating, and working with key departments, stakeholders, managers, and employees related to those projects
- Tracking progress of all projects and updating project participants and stakeholders as needed; conducting meetings as necessary to review progress, discuss and / or resolve issues, or train other staff or managers as it relates to the software being implemented
- Working with vendors to resolve outstanding issues or problems, discussing purchases, license requirements, maintenance agreements, patches, etc
- Possess strong knowledge of and proficiency in multi-tier enterprise application platforms, PC applications and remote communication methodologies
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills needed to troubleshoot a variety of symptoms, diagnose problems, and test, recommend, and implement solutions to technology problems
- Possess the ability to use database software, spreadsheet, and word processing software and equipment to complete analysis and reports
- Experience of working in the Information Technology profession
- Relevant experience directly or indirectly supporting enterprise software
- Exposure to a law firm, or other professional services, environment (desirable)
