About The Role

The Senior Analyst – Global Procurement is an integral part of Latham’s Global Procurement team. This role will be responsible for analysing procurement data, conducting market research, and assisting in the development and execution of procurement and asset management strategies , while crafting analyses, interpreting data, and identifying trends to formulate insights and recommendations, identifying cost savings opportunities and areas for improvement . This role will be located in either our Manchester office or our Los Angeles office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the team in evaluation and assessment of supplier performance, including development of processes and tools by which to measure vendor performance
  • Assisting with the asset management lifecycle including acquisition, utilisation, and disposition
  • Auditing of completed projects to ensure measurement of key performance indicators and compliance with contract terms and conditions
  • Assisting to identify and mitigate procurement related risks through implementation of appropriate risk management strategies
  • Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements across the procurement process


We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment with a strong customer service focus
  • Display strong communication skills, both written and oral


And have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant experience in reporting and analysis
  • Relevant experience at a professional services firm or Fortune 500 company
