About The Role
The Client Development Senior Specialist is an integral part of Latham’s Business Development team. This role will be responsible for supporting the firm's global client teams and working closely with the Director of Client Teams & Client Insight, the Business Development (“BD”) Manager of Client Engagement, and client team Relationship Advisors, as part of the strategic effort to grow the firm’s revenue whilst ensuring client satisfaction. This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

About The Role

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
- Developing an in-depth understanding of our client portfolio and taking an innovative approach to engaging with clients in order to deliver on strategic plans and ensure best-in-class service
- Supporting the implementation of robust account plans for our priority clients
- Building strong relationships with the client team Relationship Partners and BD Client Team Relationship Advisors to establish your role as a trusted advisor
- Collaborating with Practice, Industry and Market leads to proactively support firm cross-selling initiatives and platform proliferation across client teams
- Developing internal presentations, external relationship materials and client training requests
- Possess the ability to interact effectively with a range of seniorities
- Enjoy collaborating in a team environment, as well as operating as a self-starter and working independently on projects
- Can demonstrate excellent research, analytical skills and project management skills
- Relevant experience supporting business development or marketing initiatives in a professional services firm
- Superior written and oral communication skills, as well as the confidence to present and deliver under pressure
- A Bachelor’s degree
