Mynt’s digital software combined with credit cards eliminates manual admin for businesses. About the role

We are currently looking for passionated and ambitious colleagues who will develop and improve Mynt with us. The core of our business is our amazing product that is always evolving to add more value to our customers and deliver sustainable value to our business.

As Product Manager you will work cross-functional and help to define the product strategy, processes and procedures. You will be a part of the full product lifecycle from idea and discovery to delivery.

Examples of various tasks

• Drive discovery phase and assessment of business value creation.
• Prioritize work based on understanding of business value.
• Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development.
• Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, operations, customer success and sales.
• Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate a future investment.
• Act as an ambassador for the product internally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product area.
• Innovate creative solutions for complex problems related to the product development.

Qualifications

• Previous working experience as Product Manager or Product Manager leading a cross functional team or comparable experience at an IT consultancy.
• Analytical and data-driven individual.
• A customer-centric approach for product prioritization.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and can work as a bridge between stakeholders, tech and other product teams.
• In-depth knowledge of agile processes and principles.
• Sharp problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
