Student Worker - Sales Support Analyst, Nasdaq Indexes

Assists with creating various sales management reports including top clients, clients at risk, quality reports and implementation reports.
Solve problems using existing solutions, exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information, and utilize best practice approach
Research use case in vendor access requests, facilitate conversations between sales reps and document or initiate access as needed
Monitor SWAG inventory and aid in delivery/ preparation of goods for client visits
Maintain, research, and assign Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
Work with various Index teams (Sales, R&D, Operations, etc.) to ensure there is a continuous process, workflow, communication, product, and planning perspective on behalf of the client
Work closely with the Index Client Services team, to ensure clients inquiries are properly being addressed
Create and maintain order forms/ facilitate signatures and edit T&C as needed
Clean up contacts lists in Salesforce/ create campaigns for client outreach based on topic/ coordinate the maintenance of clients within each campaign
Upload and track various documents within DocuSign for internal/ external signatures
Support the development and implementation of client impacted products/services
Generate client focused new ideas for operational improvements, streamlined data delivery
Manages contract process for setup of client data access in coordination with sales and operations.
Manages Customer Relationship Management System for the team, ensuring that proper processes are being followed and the system reporting is up to date.
Manages various projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are being met
Consolidates and prepares briefing materials for client calls and meetings from the sales team, ensuring briefing materials are provided in a timely fashion and according to quality standards.
May support the sales team by taking notes during earnings calls, summarizing customer issues, providing phone support, and responding to basic customer inquiries.
