MarketWatch analysts work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are responsible for real-time surveillance of Nasdaq's three equity trading markets. The Nasdaq MarketWatch team uses advanced technology to monitor trading, review disclosures from Nasdaq-listed companies, and make referrals of potentially violative conduct.

• Responsible for surveillance of real-time trading and post trade analysis for Nasdaq's three equity trading markets;
• Completes basic interventions in trading, e.g. trade breaks and trading halts, with assistance and oversight from senior analysts and MarketWatch management.
• Assists with monitoring markets to detect anomalies, review electronically generated alerts, and address market participant inquires.
• Helps keep the markets fair, orderly, and efficient through implementation of a comprehensive web of regulatory surveillance scrutiny and action.

• Education Required: Degree in Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Experience Required: Up to 1 year +
