Nasdaq is looking to hire a Marketing Technology Specialist to support its growing Nasdaq Corporate Solutions product portfolio, which empowers companies with technology and intelligence to innovate, grow, and stay ahead of the changing markets. We offer an integrated suite of market intelligence, analytics, and collaboration solutions that support business leaders around the globe.

The specialist will be responsible for optimizing marketing technology stack to accelerate revenue growth. The role will provide oversight and delivery of Corporate Solutions marketing technology strategy that unlocks growth across qualified MQL volume, opportunity creation and bookings. The role will also help drive a data-driven culture by centralizing and managing ROI reporting for demand-gen channels.

Reporting to the Director, Growth Marketing, this global role will be based out of New York and will be expected to closely collaborate across all Marketing functions, including field marketing, client marketing, and lifecycle marketing operations. Additionally, the person will partner closely with Sales and multi-functional teams based in offices all over the world as well as technology providers.

  • You will be responsible for providing oversight and delivery of Corporate Solutions marketing technology strategy that unlocks growth across qualified MQL volume, opportunity creation and bookings.
  • Own and optimize the use of marketing technology (Including but not limited to: ABM technology, predictive tools, chatbots.)
  • Explore new marketing technology and develop implementation strategy (Including but not limited to: CDP, AI)
  • Manage partnership with enterprise marketing tech stakeholders, manage vendor relationship and invoicing when needed.
  • Provide recommendations, guidance, documentations and trainings to continue to empower the marketing and sales users.
  • You will fuel Corporate Solutions marketing campaign success, support regionals and BUs in meeting fiscal year MQLs and booking goals.
  • Take part in campaign process by providing recommendations and guidance throughout campaign planning and execution lifecycle.
  • Explore creative ways to leverage marketing technology to support campaign activations and achieve optimized performance.
  • Share responsibility in contributing to Corporate Solutions’ KPIs
  • Centralize and manage ROI reporting of all Corporate Solutions demand-gen channels to drive a data-driven culture.

  • Maintain a documentation of demand-gen channels, vendors, reporting tools.
  • Standardize channel and vendor KPI definition and measurement.
  • Establish a repeatable and scalable process to measure channel ROI and vendor ROI
  • Provide recommendations, guidance, and trainings to empower the marketing team to self-serve at ad doc.

You will need the following qualifications.

  • 5 years of experience in a dev-marketing or MarTech role. Professional experience in setting up end-to-end marketing technology stacks, marketing automation programs, and data flows.
  • 5 years of experience with digital marketing for SaaS brands
  • 2 years of experience working with IT, implementation team, Sales operations, or Sales team
  • Intermediate experience in at least 4 Marketing & Sales technology platforms: preferably 6sense, ZoomInfo, Drift or other chatbots, marketing AI, Customer Data Platform, Salesforce
  • Intermediate experience in at least 4 marketing demand-gen channel and their reporting: web analytics tools, social, SEO, emails, videos, contents.
  • Solid understanding of the intersection between marketing and technology and the ability to speak to the benefits.
  • Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a minimally supervised, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze issues from multiple perspectives and derive pragmatic and comprehensive solutions to problems.
  • Team player who can communicate effectively, bringing forth ideas, plans, and strategies to other stakeholders.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams & multiple division stakeholders.
  • Managing leadership expectations and delivering quality work consistently and reliably

The base pay range for this role is $74,800 - $124,600. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
