Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a midlevel associate to join its employee benefits practice. Candidates must have at three to four years of experience handling complex drafting and compliance matters for ERISA qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, and health and welfare plans. Experience in the context of mergers and acquisitions is preferred. Also preferred is a candidate with strong academic credentials and experience representing both publicly-traded and private clients at an AmLaw 100 law firm.

Compensation range: $250,000 to $345,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
