About the Role
Salesforce's unique position helps Global and Regional Systems Integrators and Agencies deliver on their clients' digital transformation, cloud migration, mobile, big data, and IOT initiatives, and we are looking for a hard worker Alliances Partner Sales organisation - with significant experience generating new enterprise business through alliances and channels partners and growing the partner ecosystem.
This role is responsible for working with the Marketing & Commerce Cloud Distribution business and partners in the region, driving account and pursuit alignment between the partner ecosystem and direct Sales team, along with a host of additional cross functional peers. The ideal candidate will have significant experience generating new enterprise business through alliances and channels partners and growing the partner ecosystem!

Work as a critical point of contact for the Salesforce Sales & Customer Success teams to develop strategy, drive growth and ongoing customer success with our partner ecosystem.
Manage and deliver partner sourced pipeline and build a plan for Partner Accelerated ACV growth tied to Salesforce’s strategies and initiatives in close alignment with internal collaborators and partners
Take partner sales plays, offerings and industry assets/solutions and align with our Salesforce teams (Partner Account Managers, Industry Partner Sales, Account Executives, Industry Teams, etc.)
Drive a partner marketing plan aligned with the needs of the Marketing & Commerce Cloud business and ecosystem objectives for growth.
Track in-flight project success for emerging or specialist solutions, find opportunities to improve success rates, and work with functional teams to implement strategies to accelerate customer success
Engage with Global counterparts to leverage and share best practice.
Conduct regular cadence between the Partner & Salesforce collaborators and adjust strategies as required
Understand the breadth and depth of the partner ecosystem and develop a plan to recruit partners as appropriate
Identify partner enablement needs and align with internal teams to fill the gaps
Ensure effective and timely internal & external communication and coordination of Salesforce’s ecosystem strategy & execution results
Extensive external sales or partner management experience across a variety of industries, experience in martech, ecommerce or Salesforce is ideal
Strong executive selling and business development skills; shown ability to understand different partner GTM models.
A consistent record in CXO engagement and interaction
Confirmed ability to build, lead and implement strategy in a cross-functional environment.
Demonstrated analytical, organisational, and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that affect cross-functional teams and has substantial impact on investments and program effectiveness.
Demonstrable proof of producing measurable results of influenced revenue or growing a business
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex, matrixed global organisation.
Strong drive, excellent communication skills and character qualities that match with company core values and inspires others to follow and act
Strong tolerance for ambiguity; able to focus and implement in a changing environment; ability to make things happen.
Proven experience in alliance or channel management roles, sales experience a bonus
Deep Data Integration and Automation experience in a similar sized organisation
