This is your time to shine! is looking for a Sales Strategy, Senior Analyst to support its Sales Strategy team in APAC. This role plays a crucial role in supporting the ANZ & ASEAN Business Units. This role is a hybrid of traditional jobs in strategic planning, sales operations, finance, and sales analytics - requiring a mix of data analysis, sales optimization and business operational support.

From Day 1 you will partner with strategy and other cross functional stakeholders to scope areas for operational improvements

  • Design and create analytical tools at scale that satisfies immediate and long term strategic and operational needs

  • Assist in preparation of monthly / quarterly business reviews for executive consumption

  • Assist in developing ad-hoc data analysis to present to Sales Strategy and COO group

  • Support Salesforce process enhancements, modifications and best practices development

  • Build clear and concise presentations to convey current state of business and performance against target and past performance

  • Build reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness, and present improvement recommendations to sales strategy and leadership.

  • Perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools

  • Assist in troubleshooting of operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in consulting, sales strategy or business operations roles

  • Detail and quality-oriented with the desire to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiarity with CRM and Salesforce reporting

  • Exposure to and/or high degree of comfort with Excel, SQL, Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools

  • Flexibility and ability to quickly pivot to new priorities

  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand

  • Exceptional problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft high quality project plans

  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment
