The Data Technical Architect plays a pivotal role within our Enterprise Architecture Team! This Architect is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive data architecture solutions encompassing data platforms, integration, analytics, automation, and more! A successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in a wide range of data-related domains, including Data Platforms, Data Processing, ETL, Data Integrations, Data Modeling, Data Strategies, and Data Principles. Superb communication skills and technical writing abilities are vital for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the organization's data architecture, aligning it with strategic objectives.
Data Integration: Lead efforts to design and implement data integration solutions, ETL processes, and data pipelines, ensuring flawless data flow across the enterprise.
Data Modeling: Build and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data lineage documentation.
Data Analytics: Collaborate with analytics teams to design data solutions that support sophisticated analytics and reporting.
Data Governance: Implement data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
Data Strategies: Develop and implement data strategies that align with business needs and industry best practices.
Stakeholder Management: Create positive relationships with stakeholders across the organization, facilitating effective communication and teamwork.
Technical Writing: Produce high-quality user documentation, including architecture blueprints, design documents, and guidelines.

Required Skills:
Data Architecture: Extensive experience in designing sophisticated data architectures, including data platforms and integration.
EDW and Data Hubs: Proficiency in Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW) and data hub concepts and implementations.
Salesforce Data Cloud: Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and its integration within enterprise data ecosystems.
Data Integration and Processing: Expertise in ETL processes, data integrations, and data movement technologies (Mulesoft, Airflow, Kafka, IICS, AWS MSK, Spark, dbt, Iceberg, Trino, etc.).
Data Modeling: Proficiency in data modeling techniques and tools (e.g., ERWin).
Data Strategies: Demonstrable experience in developing and driving data strategies.
Data Governance: Experience with data governance principles and standard processes.
Technology Evaluation: Proficiency in translating business use cases through technology assessments and proof-of-concepts.
Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Data Science and AI/ML: Proficiency in data science and machine learning principles with hands-on experience in Sagemaker, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Vertex AI, Mulesoft RPA, and more.
Northstar Architecture: Familiarity with strategic architecture development.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role.
Strong soft skills, including communication, relationship building, and customer management.
Outstanding technical writing and presentation skills.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $175,600 to $254,700.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
