This Analyst / Senior Analyst will play a critical role on the Global Distribution Planning and Operations team, working on day-to-day activities to support overall strategic planning and operational cadence for the sales organization. The role will primarily be focused on headcount planning and management functions. This position will require developing a deep and intimate understanding of the business and forging relationships with Sales Leaders, Strategy, Finance and cross functional teams.
The successful candidate will possess a passion for questioning data and the wherewithal to dive deep in order to create scalable operational improvements. The candidate will be comfortable partnering closely with cross-functional business partners as well as the attention to detail needed to perform data validation, clean-up and analysis.
Own headcount management process for Distribution, working cross-functionally to ensure headcount is managed efficiently and adheres to workforce plan
Develop and own concurrent data reporting projects and models to identify trends and areas of interest useful and actionable for the business leaders.
Liaise with Sales Leaders, HR, Recruiting, Commissions and FP&A teams for headcount tracking, planning and reporting.
Ensure accuracy of data across our systems and work with other teams to resolve issues as identified.
Assist the Global Distribution Planning and Operations team in finding opportunities for increased optimization and efficiency in our existing processes and models
5+ years of work experience, ideally in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or FP&A, or Finance, where business analysis and insights was in the DNA.
Power user proficiency in Excel, ability to tell a story in PowerPoint and knowledge of Databases. Ability to become proficient in Tableau’s full product suite.
Experience with Workday, Anaplan or other ERP systems is a huge plus.

Proven track record for planning, completing and auditing work; able to break down problems or processes into their parts and develop recommendations.
Possesses strong multitasking skills and demonstrated ability to reprioritize accordingly.
Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational skills. Must be comfortable owning and presenting information at the executive leadership level.
Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, issues and events.
Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up paced environment, which may include extended time commitments during busy-season
