Global Technology Partners (GTP) serves Salesforce partners who work with us on a technology basis, this includes our ISVs (AppExchange), OEMs, Strategic Partners (AWS, Google etc) and our Alibaba partnership in China.

The GTP team is looking for a talented individual to re-imagine, plan and operate our Partner Program. This includes program design, benefits and segmentation.


Role Description:

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop a GTP Partner Program strategy and vision, incorporating requirements and feedback from internal stakeholders.

  • Design and execute the scoring and segmentation of GTP Partners on a quarterly basis.

  • Design GTP Program benefits. Coordinating benefit allocation and capacity with relevant internal teams (Partner Marketing, AppExchange TAMs, A&C PSMs, CSG). Communicate utilization of benefits to the wider GTP community.

  • Develop Partner Advisory Board strategy for GTP Program feedback.

  • Coordinate internal communications with GTP Partner Account Owners (ISV, OEM and Strategic) to ensure that the program structure and benefits are fit for purpose.

  • Work with our Support teams to ensure that appropriate business processes are in place to ensure that GTP partners are receiving support benefits.

  • Work with One Partner Program owners to ensure GTP’s partners (Strategic, ISV and OEM) are catered for in the wider single partner program operated by Salesforce.


About You:

The ideal candidate would have:

  • 2+ years of experience in process or program design.

  • 6+ years of relevant business experience.

  • College/university degree or equivalent experience.

  • Exceptional problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions

  • Strong presentation skills, especially related to building and delivering compelling PowerPoint presentations

  • Ability to handle excel datasets, interpret findings, and build and track KPIs.

  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand.

  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up paced environment.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce products, business systems and processes would be well regarded.

  • Experience with modeling and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, databases, SAP Business Objects a plus.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $146,600 to $219,900.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
