Als Specialist Corporate Actions Information Management informierst du die Teilnehmer rechtzeitig und in einer hohen Datenqualität über bevorstehende Kapitalmassnahmen. Dabei validierst du die relevanten Informationen, reicherst diese mit Zusatzinformationen an und klärst proaktiv bei verschiedenen Datenquellen ab (z.B. Gesellschaften, Registrars, Agents, Custodians, CSDs etc.)
Das sind deine Aufgaben
- Zeitgerechte und selbstständige Avisierung von bevorstehenden Corporate Actions
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen (Schnittstellen)
- Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen (Telefon, Email etc.) / Expert talks to Expert
- Abgleichen und Vergleichen der unterschiedlichen Informationsquellen (z.B. Prospekte, SIX iD, Bloomberg, DTCC, Sub Custodian, Agents, Internet, etc.)
Das bringst du mit
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
- Engagierter Teamplayer mit hohen Qualitätsansprüchen
- Selbstständige, zielorientierte und flexible Arbeitsweise
